need a cutting routine
Alright, i finished bulking and i'm looking for a new cutting routine that will get abs back without taking off too much of gains. any suggestions?

keep lifting heavy, keep your calories clean, just up your cardio. you shouldnt lose too much of your gains this way.

There are a couple of programs you might be interested in that are on blog, such as Your Six Pack Quest and Final Phase Fat Loss.
As the other comment said, heavy lifting is one way to keep the muscle mass.

I found a pretty good routine on bodybuilding.com and a week in its so far so good. i'll be sure to add in a heavy set for compound exercises.

Take 10g Carbs out of each meal, and replace them with about the same amount of Fat, so around 4-4.5g Fat.
This creates a deficit of Carbs, that Fat wil supply, but by havining a maintenance calorie intake, it should protect muscle mass, because you won't be cutting Protein or burning muscle with extra cardio.
I wouldn't do this again though, as going too low Carb is not desirable.
