I workout one muscle group per day and do ab workouts, but i take a lot of time doing them (2 hours approximately) how can i spend less time doing them? .. other concern is that i don't see lats get bigger, though i see middle back and part of upper back with more tone. what im i doing wrong? the exercises i do for back are : Barbell row, Reverse grip barbell row, single arm dumbbell rows, and t bar rows (which i sometimes replace for dumbbell hammer rows)... third concern are for abs. i do a lot of abs and i still don't see a lot of results

when your working out one body part a day you should just workout it for 45 minutes and you stop dont matter what set or rep you stop, but 2 hours is too much you could relese the hormone cortisol, try doing pull ups but if your heavy and cant do pull ups then just stick to barbell and dumbbell back workouts, but when doing back workouts do them slowly for ex. when doing the barbell row when u bring it up do it slow then pause at the top then when lowering do it slowly also you'll work the lats better that trust me when you do them like that you will feel it.do resistance ab workouts like hanging leg raises , and other that involve the legs but if you got some weight to lose u wont see them till u bring your body fat percentage down to about 12% or 10%

Abs are all about diet, and working your whole body three days a week will strengthen your abs. When your body fat gets down to 12%-14% you should be able to see them. you can throw an ab routine in if you want but it wont help anything if your body fat % is too high. For your lats try some wide grip cable pull downs.
Re: 3 questions
how do you spend 2 hours on one muscle group? no offence but thats stupid. Try to keep it to an hour. You are going to have to pick up the intensity of your workouts alot. try resting no longer than 60 sec between reps or maybe do some supersets that will speed it up.
I disagree with 3X full body workouts and Isolations do have there place but your workout should be built around compound movements. Its hard to get huge guns with chinups alone.

Re: 3 questions
honestly i dont know why i spend so many time but im trying to work on it by reducing the rest time between sets because i suspected that this was the factor that made workouts too long. Thanks for the ab info its really helpful, does anyone know a way to help reduce the body fat? .. yesterday i worked on lats and i added wide grip pull ups to routine. i have another doubt.. for bicep workouts i lift weight that i can do 16 reps, for better results should i lift weight that i could only do 12 reps per set?
Re: 3 questions
the only way to reduce is through a good solid diet. maybe read through the diet section in the forms for ideas.
guess would be if you can fift it 16 times thats to light of a weight. your better off to add some weight. You shuld always be trying to lift more weight.
