Me again I'm trying to reduce body fat percent to 18 % or or at least get a flat before March 5
Can anybody help me give me some ideas I've been working out 5 days a week 3 days working out and 2 on the treadmill i need a six pack
daily works are Abdominal Crunch Machine 3 sets 111 Repetitions, Flat Bench Abdominal Leg Raises 10 sets 10 repetitions or and 4 sets 25 repetitions and Decline Abdominal Crunches 4 sets 25 repetitions or 8 sets repetitions on the treadmill I burn 250 or more calories 20-60 minutes

add in squats, lunges, psh ups, inverted rows, prone planks and chin ups/inverted rows
crunches don't build much anything let alone a 6 pack
and eat protein and veggies 5 times a day
