Hello All...
I am new here and looking to lose weight and get fit. Here is a little bit about me and goals.
I am 26 5'3 and weight 148. I am looking to weight 120-125. I would love to meet this goal by mid May. I am currently not working out nor am I eating anything healthy! I am awful with consistency. I will workout for a day and then diet for a day but then I am over it. I do want to lose weight and I am ready to be consistent and hit goal!
So any diet tips and working out tips would be awesome!

Hi Hailey,
As for the working out for a day and dieting for a day.... Sounds like we just need to find you a workout and diet that you enjoy and will be more likely to stick with.
What foods do you enjoy eating? What kind of activities do you enjoy participating in?
