Getting depressed for feeling stupid
Ok let's see. I feel that with the way I'm eating and excerisizing I may NEVER get to where I exactly want.
I have compared picutres that I took in JUNE, and YEST, and man body has changed, it's toned, and looks almost perfect, but...that's not enough.
1st of all, I'll just mention what I ate today.
1st meal: A bowl of bran cereal w/low fat. 1 egg (both it's white and yellow/orange), a biscuit that contains peanuts, and made of wheat, and some healthy sort of ingredients. And green tea.
2nd meal. Had 3 rice cakes, 17 calories each, with low fat cheese on top of all of them. Not very nutrional, I know.
3rd meal: Well, I was about to eat healthy food, but I woke up, and was told mother got macdonals. I didn't have this junk food for about 2 months, so it's sort of okay. I had Mac chicken meal, regular size. Drank half ot the coke, and left quarter of the sandwich, finished the fries.

4th meal: 1 turkey sandwich, 2 slices in a brown bread w/ low fat cheese. One sort of fruit,We call it mangosteen, i dont know what it's really called in english. It's dark from outside, purpley,blackly like..and it's white from inside, looking like orange. + Green tea.
Still didn't get through the 5th meal, but I'm planning to eat
1 egg (White and yellow), oat bran biscuit with lebnah (dairy product, low fat), cream of corn soup.
and for 6th meal, maybe bran cereal, with pears.
What do you see in TODAYS diet that's missing?
FATS! I don't know how to get myself around fats, forget the mac meal, its just today, i usually eat grilled chicken/meat with rice, and veggies, and fruits.
However...The only good fats I hear about is some sort of oils, and nuts...and what does HAPPEN if you don't eat enough fats, or the right ones? I mean in a good amount?
I still don't know way through calculating food, and fats and so on. But I feel I'm not eating fats at all, so I don't kno how to deal with it.
I'm not sure the carbs I had today are even enough? Are they?
What do you think? Any suggestions? I'm new to this. It's just lately I started searching about food/calories and so on. It'll take me time to get through this.
Another thing, I feel that I'm not gaining muscles at all. It does take time, but how long does it take to move up to the next level with muscles?
Whe arms are relaxed it seems it's all fat, more like skin, and when they're not, when touched they feel like hard muscles, to a certain point ,but there is some fat/skin left. Is that how it's suppose to be? I don't know...I'm just so lost!

fats - get some fish oil and have 3 - 6 grams a day..if you get capsules that will be 3 - 6 capsules a day...also get some avocado, break it into 3 and have it at 3 meals and you'll be covered...you also get some with all meat you eat so if get around 40g a day you'll be fine
IMPORTANT - YOU NEED PROTEIN WITH EVERY MEAL...RICE CAKES WITH CHEESE ISN'T PROTEIN...NO CERIAL AND FRUIT AT NIGHT...HAVE PROTEIN AND AVOCADO

the capsules, are they the yellowish ones? That are made of oil fish or something? Okay, let's say I'll take one a day, how many grams in that?
The cereal I eat, has 7 grams of protien in it in each bowl, and i eat it twice which covers 14 grams a day. I'm not sure how much grams of meat/chicken I at a day, because well, when it's cooked you just don't know =S! But i dont eat like a bite or two, I eat a decent amount. Even with those turkey slices, how would I know how many grams in them? It's not mentioned, all I know we ordered half of a KG of smoked turkey breast?
I have to analyize everything, but it makes me more lost! The only problem lately that I'm suffering is fats, there is too little amount of good fats, and im searching for more, but always end up finding the same thing!

20grams of protien! Are u sure? According to what I know, I need 40 grams throughout the day, if I eat 20 grams each meal, ill get myself 40 grams already from 2 meals?
Eh, honestly im not very comfortable with the idea of pills...i think...well, i have serious issues with pills, don't wanna get addicted to them, and depending on them of any sort of way.
I like cheese, and eat it arond twice, 3 times a day, no more, and it's always lowfat, so it dosn't matter much?
Oh and, I dont like homemade cooked fish. Sadly, the only fish I like to eat is => fish filletin other words fried. So...yeah...
And tuna, I never really tried it, and im not sure I'd like it, cause im picky with food. Very picky.
