I'm horrible at these things as I don't much know what i should work on for how long and such, so I could use a little assistance...
overall plan would be three days of 2-3 hours of working on two specific muscle areas per day. The days in-between would be for cardio, and the weekends for rest.
Here's what I have:
Monday: Legs and Shoulders
Tuesday: cardio sessions
Wednesday: Biceps and Triceps
Thursday: cardio sessions
Friday: Chest and Back
Thing is, I don't have any bench weights (only little hand-weights) or a membership to a gym, so I have to rely on simple exercises like crunches and pushups and such, nor do i have any idea which exercises would be the most effective.
If anyone could help me workout a routine, it would be appreciated
