Arms

Post by skully »

Since I started a program given by Cassie, it has helped me. But I don't see ANY difference in arms. shoulders are shitty, I can barely handle 3kgs for side raises. 5 kgs for a press. I really want to get muscley arms, which are nicely shaped. I even pumped tricrp kick backs with 20lbs, still...not much changes. I have a normal "skinning" not to fat or juggly arm. It looks too girlish, and I don't LIKE IT. I do bench press....etc...but it's not working. The only thing I can tell you for sure is that biceps are the only thing that has gotten SLIGHTLY bigger and stronger in the past 2 months. Should I wait a whole year to actually get nice arms? Because I hate them so much I'd like to rip them out!

Give it time. You can't expect miracles in two months, especially not if you're female, because most females have lower growth rates than men, due to lower testosterone and possibly GH as well.

The physical development will come, but it's a waiting game. If you're increasing on weight, with pretty much all exercises, then it's all good.

Don't sweat it.

I agree that you have to give it more than 2 months. How is your diet? Are you eating plenty of lean protein? Are you working to muscle failure when doing your arm exercises?

That will help with growth.

I am trying best, but I really just want some sort of definition that shows when arms are in a relaxed state, unlike when I workout, I actually see the muscles and the definition. i know to get bigger muscles for females takes a whole lotta time...but does it take sooooo much time to actually see those differences? Why can i only see them muscles/defition when oi flex arm?
