i see it as enemy rather then friend.
i went to a supermarket with friend in search of healthy foods, and protien stuff.
low fat yoghurt .. ahh, yes.
its got a ridiculously low amount of protien, and a ridiculously high amount of the other stuff--i see it more as a feuling snack or something .. especially the ones with fruit, they really stink
how do u guys use this as a reliable snack ??
a tin of tuna has got 42 grams of protien and 12 grabs of fat. thats excellent, i'm having tuna almost daily (4 5 times a week)
have that instead of the yoghurt...
also, the low fat milk powder i'm buying has got 34 grams of protien per 100 grams, is there anything wrong with drinking 100g of milk daily ? (in the morning 50, and post workout 50)
inside scoop on low fat yoghurt

Isn't that alot of tuna man? Im not sure if this is a credible source but I seem to recall eating too much tuna can make you sick from mercury poisoning. I eat a fair amount of yogurt probably 2 of those self serves a day but I dont use it as a big thing just as a filler for snacks between meals to tide me over. Its moreso to fill out other things like dairy. Obviously nothing to base your diet around.
so do you say that nonfat youghurt is better than low fat youghurt?
The one I eat, in 100 grams has 4.3 g of ptrotien, 10 grams of carbs i think, and i forgot about the fat, but well it's obviously low, i guess 1 gram or sth? So what do you say?
I heard that lf stuff have many important minerals removied, so i guess its okay to have nonfat milk or youghurt or cheese, every once in a while, right? Like once every 3-4 days maybe?
And can only eating lowfat stuff decreases the fat in your body? of course with cardio and all?

like is aid, packed with artificials...there is low fat and low carb but at the expense of artificials...i would go with a natural type yoghurt than alow fat / low carb one...i used to have a low fat yoghurt that had 10g protein, 10g carbs and 1g fat per 200ml serve but have since changes to a natural type that has 10g protein, 24g carbs and 2 g fat for it's "naturalness"
