6 Pack of abs for teens

Hello name is Darryl
I need to get a six pack of Abs before a certian date
2 reason why i need a six pack is because i want to get a girl's attention and to look good
so far I've been workin out 5 days a week 3 days workin out and 2 on the treadmill i need a six pack in 4 weeks
daily works are Abdominal Crunch Machine 3 sets 111 Repetitions, Flat Bench Abdominal Leg Raises 10 sets 10 repetitions or and 4 sets 25 repetitions and Decline Abdominal Crunches 4 sets 25 repetitions or 8 sets repetitions on the treadmill I burn 250 or more calories 20-60 minutes
i really need someone's help please

first of all, dont over train. second, diet, diet, diet. lowest unhealthy fat possible, lowest amount of sugar possible. no cutting back, only cutting out. dont limit junk food, cut it out of your diet. train your whole body as well. training your whole body will work the snot out of your abs. cardio, cardio, cardio. mix it up. run, bike, jump rope.
super strict diet, whole body training lifting schedule, cardio, cardio, cardio. If you dont know what your body fat % is, you need to get it down to about 18% to start seeing your abs and about 12% for them to really pop. four weeks is not a lot of time and you may not have the fitness model six pack but you will see a difference. i had a lot of success mixing up ab routines as well, even though most people will tell you not to mix it up too much. take a look at profile pics, i did that in eight weeks. an extremely strict and hard eight weeks. good luck.
