you know what I just did? I went to a gym and signed up for the time being that I will not be going to university. And you know what? I am glad I did. I checked measurements....and I haven't seen worse than them in life!

Ugh...they're mentioned in the weight loss/fat loss threads....*sigh*.

Yup! I got lucky. They had a promotion, and I can pay monthly and freeze membership anytime I want. I may not have all the best strenght training machines, because it's a tad bit small ,but it's really good. U may heard of it, Fitness First...

So yup.
I have a Q...how much is does it normally cost to get a trainer for a monthly basis? Here it's pretty high! About $600.

I will be going to the gym EVERYDAY as of Sunday. Shoot myself in for being so lazy. Gah. I hate myself for working so hard back then, and then suddenly getting to this stage again. Honestly despressing.

I hate this to be first post but I am an honest person, "you're lazy".

Now after saying that I must tell you how I know. I've been there, just 3 weeks ago, feeling the SAME way!

You must have a goal, and want it bad enough to do something about it.
You must drop ALL negativity, because it only makes things seem that much harder.
Listen to yourself breath, understand what you're doing for body.

This is exercise, you wont love it till you learn to love it! :)

Best of luck to you, now get off your tuff and MAKE yourself do it.

Stick to it, and if you need someone to make you feel horrible about being lazy add me http://www.facebook.com/altcontroleat" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.
