I've been exercising for about one and a half months now and lost 8lbs.
I walk for 30 min at 3.5 mph then lift weights. I do this three times a week. I feel good and seem to have more energy now.
I'm not on any supplements. I just eat three meals a day and minimized the junk food and soda.
goal is to lose 30lbs and build strength in legs.

weight has stabilized, its for sure due to increase in muscle mass. Its beginning to bulge up here and there. I am way stronger and feel better.
I have also quit on the walking and just hit the heavy weights.
I now include the following in everyday diet:
2 cups fresh almonds
4 cups fat-free yogurt
1 gallon water
flintstone vitamins
