exercise without equipment

Post by Lucient »

OK, i'm 13 and i i'm about 115 pounds witch is heavier than most of freinds. I'm stronger than most of them to. But i say most in all of these sentences. i go to a cruel school where there are lots of bullies, people say just ignore them but its impossible. And being stronger and fitter than "most" isnt good enough. I cant buy any equipment and diet is fine. I just need some exercises that make me stronger and look better toned, and dont comment about " it doesnt matter about the way you look" and stuff like that, because in world, it does.

You'll have to do mostly bodyweighted stuff then obviously.

So things like Squats.

Lunges.

Wall Pressups.

Do things like Dumbell Rows, Hammer Curls and Tricep Kickbacks using a book. Preferably a big Chunky school textbook.

Planks.

Do each exercise twice, repeating the movement 10 times.

Do the whole circuit 3 times a week every other day.

In the case of Planks, do it once each session for 30 seconds. At the end of 4-5 weeks, you might be okay to go for 60 seconds.

If you need any of those exercises explaining, myself or someone else will be able to tell you.

on the off days, things like shadow boxing, running, jogs, bike rides, etc. would be good for leaning you out.

cheers
