I'm 16 I weigh 147 pounds and body fat percentage is about 25%. Everytime I touch stomach I can feel six-pack abs because I press on stomach and I feel muscle from top to bottom and it feels like six-pack abs. But it wont show. I've did some research and It comes up that I have to do cardio to reduce body fat percentage so that six-pack will show. At school, I've been in a weight training program since August 2009. I've seen results on body but if I keep doing this will I reduce body fat. I'm eating a well balanced diet. I eat less junk food than I used to eat and I'm making healthier choices. Please tell me what do I need to do to reduce body fat. And what should I weigh for six-pack to be visible?
NOTE:I have an ab lounge at home and it really works for abs.

Re: six-pack help.
try sprints / intervals, read the diet and nutrition stickies. 25% body fat at 16 years old... sorry its too high to show a 6 pack.... get down to about 18 % before you bother even looking for it and you'll probably need to go as low as 12%. Also, "the ab lounge", forget it! You want those abs to peek through, work on heavy lifts (squats, deads, rows, bench) , body-weight exercises (chin-ups, pull-ups, push-ups), sprints and intervals, box jumps, burpees, (high energy excercises in short periods of time). Now that diet more and then again. Oh yah, and get 8 hours sleep (sleep) a night, not only do you want your body to grow one way, its still growing the way it wants, so... read the diet and nutrition forum stickies and sleep!
cheers.
