Done 30mins cardio, 1min fast, 1min slow/steady.

Quite hungry now and it's 8pm, might have last of protein shake and hope the rest comes soon? Or maybe a couple slices of bread with peanut butter?

I'd do protein then 1 slice of bread.

Bread with peanu butter, ice lolly type - 107 cals, 6.8g protein, 2g fat, yougurt ice lolly i meant.

Cofee with half a sugar.

Didn't fill me up at all though? Think im mainly hungry due to the cardio, found it harder today

Day 198

Breakfast, protein shake and special k cereal

Bannana

Lunch, chicken curry 300 cals, 17.5g protein 49g carb 4g fat.

2 slices of seeded bread to go with it. A brazilian nut in toffee.

Protein shake during workout

Dinner - beef mince, jacket potato, carrots, peas, sweet corn, onions.

Protein shakes was with normal milk as didn't have semi skimmed :o

The 2 slices of bread to go with the curry was not a good choice. Thats way too many carbs for that meal and not enough protein. Veggies would have been a good choice there if you were still hungry after the curry.

Oh right, bad, after dinner about 9pm had a slice of seeded bread with peanut butter, protein shake with water, and a pear.

Wow, 3 protein shakes in a day? :shock:

Day 199

Breakfast, protein shake with sei skimmed milk, bowl of special k fruit and nut clusters.

Lunch, 2 slices bread with peanut butter, about 4 or 5 slices of chicken roll.

Picked on a few choclate drops (like maltesers) about 100cals tops.

Cardio but 20mins, had other things on mind couldn't concentrate a lot.

Few pull ups chin ups.

mother said shoulders are looking bigger, good thing i guess? :)

Meals don't look too bad today.

Yay for your growing shoulders! I knew you were making progress! You should take more progress pics and compare to the ones you took a few months back.

Yes maybe i should :P

Dinner - oven chips, peas, and piece of fish, was in batter so took the batter off.

Sick of feeling fat everytime i put a t shirt on that's half tight, been nearly 8 months should have 6 pack by now!?

About 9pm, had a bowl of special k cereal with semi skimmed milk, was real hungry.

It's not a surprise im fat, i keep getting hungry therefore keep having to eat.

Day 200!

Breakfast, protein shake and a bowl of special K

lUNCh 2 slices bread with opeanut butter and few slices of thick ham

Protein shake, workout for 40-50min

Dinner - spaghetti bolognese

Chicken tikka masla, 4.8 fat, 25.5g protein, 424 cals.

Day 201

Breakfast protein shake and bowl of shreaded wheat.

Lunch, scrambled egg on toast.

Sunday today so rest day, think il leave cardio or working out too, maybe a few pull ups or so, but not feeling too well, think i got a head cold coming, great.

Bannana and couple slices of ham.

Dinner chicken breast pieces, mash, ravoli and beans.

Grapes.

Breakfast, protein shake and shreaded wheat with milk.

Break, yazoo milkshake, was hungry so this or nothing, not that bad either, about 3g per 100ml, 65 cals, 9.9g carb sugar, 1g fat. just under 500ml

Lunch ham sandwiches.

Martin,

Your meals are looking awesome! This is the first time since you've been posting (I believe) that you've had consistantly good meals for a few days in a row. Keep these meals up and you'll definitely be seeing some great progress in the upcoming months! Great job man!!! I'm SO PROUD of you! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Thanks Cas,

Dinner, potatoes, peas, carrots, mushrooms, steak and kidney pie, had the bits inside not the pastry, and put on a chicken korma ready meal, 6.8g fat, 405 cals, 21.5g protein.

Been picking at a donut so basically probably ate one, not too big but still.

Try and get to do some cardio soon. I usually lift shirt up when i go past a mirror, i looked alrite before idnner, could see faint 6 pack after, nothing :lol:

family saying im obessed checking everything and all, but il show them in the long run (i hope).

Doughnuts won't get you that 6 pack.

There is a very fine line between obsessive and extremely dedicated... very fine. I'm not sure where I fall there?
