If consumsed 5hrs later, will a protein go rotten?

Post by skully »

Okay. I have a little mental dilemma, and I need help.

On Thursday I will be going to do weight later in the day (1 p.m.) as opposed to (10 a.m.)

I always prepare shakes in the morning at 9ish..and consume it two hours later, and it never tasted bad/different.

But what would happen if I prepare at 9 a.m. and consume it at 2:30 p.m.? I usually store shakes in a stainless steel bottle. I don't even know if that's fine, but it seems to keep it fresh for me.

Plus what would happen if I kept it in the car for a couple of hours, too?

I do not have a shaker bottle, nor I've seen one here in any shop. I can't think of a way to take the powder with me and get it shaked well.

Pro-Lab 100% whey doesn't dissolve/mix well w/o a shaker.

Any suggestions? Ideas?

A shake should be fine for a few hours. I'd just suggest you keep it out of the heat perhaps.

That's good to hear. No problem. Can keep it out of the heat, but is room temperature okay too?
