MIIT?

Well I tried HIIT lite today aka 3mph jog and 4mph run....it was prtty cool....will be doing that again for sure

It is all relative. Your level 10 on the intensity scale is different then level 10. Run at your 'level 8 or 9' (hard to hold a conversation, what? no one to talk to? Sing along to the song on your mp3 player, when you are skipping syllables, your intensity is getting up there) which may be at 4mph for you, and soon enough you will get faster and be able to do longer.

did you see last picture??? I had a basketball head picture on here for nearly a year until I lost weight. Give us something so we can 'ohhh' and 'awww' over when you get to your goal
