What calories am I burning?

What calories am I burning?
When you workout...either morning after breakfast or mid-day. What calories are you burning? The stuff you ate in the same day? How do you which type of calorie are you burning? Fat cals, carbs cals....etc?

Can't really tell you, you just burn calories from the meal or drink you had before. You may also burn some Fat as well, and if you exercise too much some muscle. You'll also to some extent sweat some water obviously.
You will however use up things like muscle Glycogen, ATP the Phosphate energy source in muscles too, but the body can replace those.
I'm not going to get technical on that as it's not important here and now.

You mean exercise too much, you mean in "1 session?" or overtime? Now I may be exercising too much (cardio at least). Weights I'm doing full body 3X times, cardio 3-4 times intensive (45-minutes long, except HIIT 25 minutes). By too much I mean in gerenal not just one session.
If you're doing full body I'd suggest something like this.
Day 1. Weights
Day 2. Cardio
Day 3. Weights
Day 4. Day off
Day 5. Cardio
Day 6. Weights
Day 7. Day off.

Day 1. Weights Sunday + Tai chi later in the afternoon (can't call it exercise, it's more about stretching)
Day 2. Cardio (Monday -RPM -biking intervals- or HIIT)
Day 3. Weights ( + bodycombat. I loooooooove this class, and cannot go without it. Plus it's once a week only)
Day 4. Day off (Wed, off)
Day 5. Cardio (Thursday is actually weights for me) I have 3 damn free hours between class on Thursday.
Day 6. Weights (Friday Off)
Day 7. Day off. (Saturday - light cardio)
