I hate how women are afraid of weights. I lift as heavy as I can and always try to either lift more reps or more weight. I compete against yesturday's self. The owner of the dojo, a few weeks ago, ask me how much I weighed. I told him and he said I certainly don't look it. He told me that when I took off dogi top that all the guys in the dojo were turning their heads(wearing a tshirt under, get your mind out of the gutter, well, it was formfitting though.). Women cannot 'bulk' up not without the aid of illeagl steroids and the like. You have to want to be bulkie to get bulkie. What a waste of 25-30 minutes. I'm not saying all women should bulk, but if you're going to do the weights, either do it well or not at all, because doing 15 reps on a Pec Deck with 3 plates is hardly worth it.
As for the Cancer comment, don't get me started about people who just use sun tan booths, naked without cream or Bronzer. Oh wait, some people use Wink-eze, so good to know if by some misfortune, they get Cancer later in life, at least they'll still be able to see
