30 day shred anyone???
I have 40lb to loose and want a work out that I can do at home in 30min. I'm not very fit but want something to kick start diet and fitness plan. It had great reviews on amazon but I wonder if it is too advanced for a beginner?.

I have it and it is GREAT! It demands alot, but if you push through it you will see results. I do it almost every morning, it take about 20 minutes actually. I have lost almost 48 lbs in the last 6 months.

Just an update.
I have been doing the 30 day shred for 25 days now and have noticed HUGE improvements. I am standing taller have a lot more staminer and generally feeling great about myself. The thing I love most about it is it is over before you know it and you feel like you have put in an hour when its only 20 mins. It is something I can keep up with as I just don't have the time to go to the gym etc at this point in life.
Without dieting I have lost 5lb and 2 1/4 inches from bust, 1/2 an inch from waist and 2 inches from button. I look very different from just 3 weeks ago. The next step is diet. I am trying South Beach this week. Mainly to kick sugar addiction which is biggest problem.
I would totally recommend the 30 day shred for anyone. Its hard but there are modified movements for beginners and the self esteem it has given me is fantastic.
