Active duty huh... Well thank you very much for your service to our wonderful country. It is because of people like you that people like me have the many feedoms that I have, enjoy, and often take for granted. Your service is very very much appreciated so thank you again.daveb wrote:Thank you. I am active duty military. Your profile says Vida Oregon, where is that close to?
I live in North Eastern Oregon. Ever heard of Pendleton... home of the world famous Pendleton Roundup, Pendleton Woolen Mills, and ( personal fave) Pendleton Whiskey. Ever heard of it?
Re: Before and progress. Self photos, sorry.
hell yeah ive heard of the pendleton roundup. i did rodeo bull riding for five years. And yes ive enjoyed the Pendleton whiskey. Being in the military you have friends from everywhere and i have some friends from oregon and washington is why i asked. I have friends from grants pass, ashland, and bend. One of closest friends is from the Tri-cities in south east Washington. I dont know how close that is to you. Right now im stationed in northern california so i get chances a few time a year to visit them. If we could use more of one thing in this world its country girls. nice to meet you.

Thank you. That took a lot of work and now that i have lost the fat i need to start putting on some real muscle. losing the fat seems like a cake walk compared to putting on the mass. Speaking of results, WOW! yourself. you have been doing great! keep it up. thanks again.

Tri Cities is less than an hour from here. Pendleton is pretty limited as far as shopping goes so i travel to tri cities about once a month. And Bend... I actually lived in that area for almost two years (just moved back this past June). Its a very cool area. Its nice to meet you too!... and welcome to our site!daveb wrote:hell yeah ive heard of the pendleton roundup. i did rodeo bull riding for five years. And yes ive enjoyed the Pendleton whiskey. Lucky you! Bulking is favorite.. cutting sucks. I just went from a bulk to a cut a couple weeks ago and I miss all the lovely food I was getting to eat.daveb wrote:Thank you. Eat your bodyweight x 1.5 in protein grams every day.
Lift heavy.. high weights low/lower reps
Cut back on cardio a bit if you're doing excessive amounts
Eat up! It helps to take more calories in than youre burning so you'll need to slowly increase those calories up from what you were eating for your cut. Complex carbs, lean proteins, and healthy fats are your friend! Simple carbs and saturated fats are not your friend. Eat every 2-3 hours.
