I have a lightly used Cycleops wind resistance trainer (marketed by Trek when I got it). It is in excellent condition and it is a very well-made and well-engineered product. You use your current road bike on this and you can get an excellent workout that will apply well to your own bicycle.
It cost $175.00 new (but I paid more from a local cycle shop). You can get it for new now for $169.00. I will sell mine for $60.00 + UPS charges. Once I have your shipping address I can calculate the shipping charges. It will ship fully assembled.

It is a good piece of equipment (produced by Shimano of Japan I understand). I had to quit using because of arthritis.
