Hi, what is the best form of exercise to develop big extensor carpi radialis longus? ( lol funny name)
Do they develop with the bicep exercises or are there any other forms of exercise that particularly focus on this area of the forearm?
Thanks,

deadlifts, reverse curls, hammer curls, wrist roller are probably the best ones...also farmer's walks

Definitely.
E-Z Bars are the best I've found when I've done that, closely followed by Flat Bars.
I've tried a Dumbbell version of Reverses before, but the technique just becomes terrible.
