ABS

i know some exerices for abs that do side,upper/midd,lower...... well u know when u hang upside down by a bar and go up and ur what abs set does that workout out? all or only upper and middle?

mainly upper but technaically all of them...not the greatest for the back though to be honest..i'd stay away from them

you casn if you want but the risk to benefits ratio is probably a bit low for liking..give them a go and find out

you can if you want but the risk to benefit ratio (i.e. risk of i jury high, benefit no more than other exercises) is probably a bit low for likeing..give them a go and find out

ok then ill try i dont think ill get injury.............what anyone happen to have a site that shows this type of workout and how to do it right or no?

they're usually done with gravity boots so maybe try "gravity boot exercises" in google and see what you get
