Well, I'll be doing the same 3-fullbody-a-week program(just with whey protien and more careful meal plan), mainly for 6 PACK ABS (they're 4 now) and maintaining(or building if possible) muscle..
i'll do 10 mins of daily ab work in the morning, and i'll run x2 a week..

Day One-
Breakfast: 75g Oatmeal, 1 scoop

Snack 1: Nutri-Bar, Orange (at school)

Snack 2: 2 eggs w/ spinach (at school)

Lunch: source of protien source of carbs

Dinner (pre workout): Crabs w/ veggies

Post workout: Sardine or Yoghurt, 1 scoop


Basically consists of red meat, chicken (one time), beans, tuna, crabs, shrimp, eggs yoghurt and whey protien--high protien, not much carbs, and minimal fats
i wont eat white or creamy stuff (i.e brown bread instead of white)
and i'll limit the white rice to a minimum.

measurements (circumference):
64cm thighs just below croch
83cm hips (just below top 2 abs)
92cm waist (widest part of love handles)
34cm biceps

Any comments guys?

Snack 1: Nutri-Bar, Orange (at school)...replace bar with tin of tuna maybe and have fruit 1st

Snack 2: 2 eggs w/ spinach (at school)

Lunch: source of protien source of carbs...what carbs?? i'd go for veg and salad

Dinner (pre workout): Crabs w/ veggies...what's crabs??? hope it's not what i think it is anfd you're eating them!!

Post workout: Sardine or Yoghurt, 1 scoop...didn't see sardines here...maybe have chicken, turkey or fish here as you can take sardines with you but you'll have time to cook here

I think that is Crab, probably Crab meat. As long as he doesn't have a problem with digesting Chitin, there shouldn't be much a problem.

I'm not entirely enamoured with the Eggs and Spinach Snack, I'm not dissing it, but at most you're getting 12-16 grams Protein, depending on the size of the Eggs.

You could have One Egg, and then maybe something else like some Low Fat Yoghurt, for better Protein intake, and perhaps increase your Carb intake a bit, by having something like Sliced Mushroom or Slice Tomato with the Spinach.

yeah, i mean, crabs are filled with excellence
containing 19g of protien, 6g of fat and 136 kcal per 100g, i think crabs beat many other options
hahaha, good point, i would definately swallow alot of chitin if it werent for the crabs being ready made in a pack.
