I wana loose fats and build up muscles. i was working on diet journal and finally came up wid this
I have prepared a diet journal for me plz take a look and tell me if its OK.
Meal1: Oatmeal, peanut butter sandwich in whole grain bread, 5 egg white + 1 whole egg + 1 or 2 glass of milk, banana
Meal2: Portion of cheddar cheese, apple, almonds (8 pieces)
Meal3: tuna, beans stir fry, veggies
Meal4: Chicken sandwich, strawberries
Then i go to gym
Meal5: Brown rice, lentils, lean meat, yoghurt + cucumbers
Meal6: mushroom, whole grain cereals
Plz tell me how i can improve it

(I hope these are two options, because if this is all one big meal, I'd use it as options. So have the Oatmeal and Sandwhich one day, Eggs Milk and Fruit the next.
Remember to give Fruit 10-15 minutes to digest before other foods, so you don't impede digestion too much)

(Have Low Fat Cheese it's got less saturates. Same advice with the Fruit.)
Meal3: tuna, beans stir fry, veggies
(Limit Tuna to 2-3 times a week because of the Mercury. Sub it for something like Chicken or Turkey at other times.)
Meal4: Chicken sandwich, strawberries
(Don't really need Sugary or Acid Fruits in the PM. Could go for things like Tomatos, Pepprs, Cucumbers, Veggies, as examples.)
Then i go to gym
Meal5: Brown rice, lentils, lean meat, yoghurt + cucumbers
(Dont see a problem with that. Make sure rice isn't too high, but otherwise looks fine.)
Meal6: mushroom, whole grain cereals
(Seems fine)

thanx bossman and the meal1, they are not options but i used to eat em all at same time but now ill divide it to two days.
