I have put on 5 kilos.. for the past 2 months i have been exercising 3-4 days a week for the first month i was doing 30 mins of power walking (treadmill) then inner thighs outter thighs leg presses 1 arm weights sit ups and squats.. and i have put on of weight?? there is abit of muscle but around i have put on weight..and nearlly to the end of this month i have been doing alot more cardio running crosstrainer ect.. alittle bit of weights and im still putting on weight! Im pretty sure i dont go over calorie intake either.. can someone help pleeease

through own experience i have learnt that dieting is no solution for reducing your obesity. It always weakens your muscles. What you need to do is just reduce the calories you eat daily and plan your diet schedule so that you balance your gain and loss of your calories.
