In order to meet protein requirements (around 110gms, I weigh 154 pounds) i take whey protein shake twice a day.One right after workout and second I usually take around 7 in the evening...around 4 hours before i got to bed..
This guy at gym has been telling me to change this to have once right after I get up and another one after workout...
The problem is that I am at the gym almost 45 - 50 minutes after I get up...so I am not sure if I should have 2 servings withing 3 hours (assuming i have one right after workout)
When should be the second serving of protein shake?
