hmm someone needs to tell me about cottage cheese......is it good, bad or indifferent? Sudden craving and i think if its not bad could make its way into regular diet.

Low Fat Chesse is better. Better ratio of Saturates to Monos and more protein per gram compared to .

If you prefer the cottage cheese then eat that. I love cottage cheese.

I meant low Fat Cheese like LF Cheedar yes, not Low Fat . Low Fat has about 1-2g Saturates per 100g I believe, but no Monos, plus as stated it's not as Protein rich.
LF Cheddar might possibly be a little more expensive, but I don't eat Cheese so I can't tell you, but I think for the, (I would assume if it is), few cents more per portion, the added nutrition would be justifiable for the price.
If you prefer the taste of Low Fat though, then obviously stick with that, as we don't want you to feel forced into some dietary habits, you start to hate, as that's not fair to yourself, if you're diet is not really in a shambolic state, which I doubt it's anything close to being.
