Help with Shapefit weight lifting routines
I want to start using the routines that are offered on this site, but I worry that they are not intense enough. Most of them only have you doing 4 or 5 exercises a day... no matter how many days a week you choose to do it. I have been lifting off and on for several years and this just doesn't seem like enough to get real results. For example, one of the routines only had you doing one bicep exercise all week. I can't see how you can get a really good workout on a muscle doing it that way. Please help and feel free to correct thinking if it's wrong!!!

That's the problem though, the routines I am looking at on here, are set up for the entire week. You don't repeat the groups 3x a week. That's why I didn't feel like it was enough. As I said, one of them only had you doing 1 bicep exercise in a whole week. I agree with you on doing them several times, it's just that these aren't set up that way. I don't in any way think I know more than the experts that set up these programs... but I do like to totally understand something... especially when it is something concerning health. And I guess I still don't understand this... more help?
