progress i guess

hey i was 160 in the beginning then had a bout of chron's and dropped 20 pounds to 140 i ran a half marathan and decided i wanted to be bigger so im bulking now and have been for 4 months im about 172 dont know what the is caliper says 11.6 but i think its wrong looking to still get a bit bigger and cut around a few months before summer thoughts on how i look

a few of me striking a few poses the legs look worse then they are lol and i prolly train them the hardest on a side note

not a bad job either up, lean down a little more you'd look twice as good

i can get lean thats not a problem spent half life running i wanted some mass and strength and where im short it goes on quick but its winter here now and im going have the shirt and jacket on all the time so not really concerned about too much wanna get on as much muscle as possible then ill tweak the diet to cut go 200-300 below maitenance and see how that goes also ill do cardio again havent done any in 4 months ill keep you updated!!

jogging will decrease muscle mass remember

i know i was like 140 lbs and had no muscle im going try to treak it mostly by switching alot of carbs from breads pastas and potatos and such to leafy greens and veggies and then incorporate HIIT and some unhill walking what would you suggest

you don't eat leafy greens and veg already?

i do but only like about 4 meals a day the other four im eating fairly high carbs which is why im alittle higher bf and bulkier right now when i lean out im saying im going cut down on those prolly jsut in the morning and cut eating much after 6 aside from lean protein
