What are you take on it? Helpful or not? In addition to free weights, of course.
I mean all I have at home for weight is 4kgs dumbbells and this (which I bought today). I can't afford to buy a lot of things right now, but I definitely did buy a few things to get me back into the mood of exercise
What if in the day I do weights like I normally do, then follow up later in the day with some resistance rings exercises. Is that giving muscle any signals? They're not really easy nor as hard as lifting weights.
Could I simply do exercises with these any time of the week, w/o taking weights/cardio exercises into consideration?
