Hi there I've dying to get real lean and cut for a few years now ever since I lost about 60 lbs. I'm probably about 14-15% , now I weigh about 140, here's new workout routine that I'm going to start Monday:
Cardio: 15-10mins at 80-90% MHR
Core workouts (Reverse Crunches, Hanging Leg Raises, Windshield Wipers, Jackknifes, Side Crunches, etc.): Every other day
Monday – Chest
3 - 75 Push ups
3 - Bench press
3 - Nautilus press
3 - Incline press
3 - Pec deck machine
Tuesday - Back
3 - 25 pull ups
3 - Seated rows
3 - Lat pull downs
3 - T bar rows
Wednesday - Shoulders
3 - Arnold press
3 - Laterals
3 - Front raises
Thursday - Biceps & Triceps
3 - Preacher curl machine
3 - EZ curls cable
3 - Hammer curls
3 - Push downs
Friday
Treadmill 60 minutes 80-90% MHR
Saturday
Treadmill 60 minutes 80-90% MHR
Sunday
Rest Day
3 sets and Reps range from 15-25
I need any help and suggestions with this plan, and also with a food plan so I can finally reveal those six pack abs.

Why don't you do any leg workouts? I would be more worried about the muscle imbalances that you are creating with only upper body work and no lower body work than about six pack abs. Thats just me though.

Good Point! I totally forgot, yes I am going to have to incorporate some leg workouts as well.
