Howdy all,
I was doing shoulder and arm workout today when I noticed the veins on arms were bulging out. Now, I'm working on building muscle and am doing quite well so far, but I found that the more I worked on arms and what not, the more I saw them appearing. question is, is this sort of thing normal or am I just doing something wrong (aka straining)? Now, they don't stick out when I'm not lifting so that's a good thing. I don't wanna have nice arms with veins popping out of them all the time...

P.S. Anyone have any tips for stretchmarks?
