I accidentally deleted a file of harddrive earlier that was in error and it's played havoc with ability to post and I suspect reply to PM's.
Stupid thing is Mouse installs properly in Safe Mode, but then I can't have internet.
For now at least, normal computer use for me, is basically a rather large screen setting, 16 piffling colours and for some strange reason the mouse won't initiate except as stated in Safe Mode, despite the light being on and all drivers installed. I can't somehow alter the screen settings, so they remain crappy, even when I select different options.
So in order to post here, I've had to use things like Alt controls, tabbing and browser menu options via keyboard.
The colour situation is so stinky, I can just about see where the highlighter is going when I use Tab, so I know where to press enter to access posts and use reply buttons etc etc. Oh and Swanso looks like one of the undead right now. Avatar pics look dreadful in 16 colours
I will attempt to continue here for the forseeable, until hopefully a solution can be found. I suspect via a shop that will charge me, as I pretty much tried everything possible.
Anyway, just letting people know, incase I have slight issues responding to public and private messages. It's no snub, I'm just posting under duress right now
