I am not getting this??? In the Exercise Cardio Tracking...something seems weird. In nutrition count for the day is 1649..yet the number on the Cardio Tracking Calories Burned vs. Calories Consumed is coming up at 941? So How much exercise do I need to do?
Basal Metabolic Rate : 2415 What is this?
Today's Exercises : 304 OK YES
Calories Burned : 2718 HUH??? I thought I only burned 304
Calories Consumed : 941 NO I have 1649.
Total Deficit/Surplus : -1777
Something;s not right?
Could someone explain this to me please.

Re: Calories Burned vs. Calories Consumed ISSUE???
Basal Metabolic Rate is the number of calories that your body consumes throughout a day, without any additional exercise. I think it is based on your fitness level and current weight.
It adds the calories that you burned doing cardio to the BMR to calculate the total calories burned for the day, then subtracts from that total the number of calories consumed for the same day giving you your deficit/surplus.
In your case, the 2718 (or, 2719 using the numbers that you provided) minus the 941 = 1777 calorie deficit. If the 941 number is not correct, make sure that you are looking at the correct day's nutrition/cardio log. I have confused myself before by going back and forth between one day's nutrition/exercise and the next.
