jack3d and Power FULL...any takes?
So I just started this new pre-workout sup "jack3d" and i'm "stacking" it with Power Full. So far so good...REALLY good! Great pumps that last for a few hours...at least for body. Both a little expensive but worth it so far. NO-EXPLODE workd...kinda but had a sour effect on stomach. Animal stak is good for me too but question is, has anyone else tried this "jack3d"? AND what are the results compared to NO EXPLODE for you?

geez mate just train harder and eat more...
Re: jack3d and Power FULL...any takes?
take on supplements is that they are 75% placebo and 25% snake oil. I don't use them. The placebo effect can be quite pronounced however and I would never discount that. But basically this is 100% marketing (primarily by charlatans).

So a lousy product with good marketing would be OK for you?Lesplease wrote:1'm h3s1t4nt 2 us3 5upp5 th4t r3ly 0n p00r m4rk3t1ng.

I'm hesitant to use supplements that rely on poor marketing.Nokie173 wrote:Lesplease wrote:1'm h3s1t4nt 2 us3 5upp5 th4t r3ly 0n p00r m4rk3t1ng.OMG.. i'm so lost!!!
Re: jack3d and Power FULL...any takes?
Probably better to use ones with poor marketing, than ones with excessive marketing.
Frankly phrases like, "gets you pumped like never before" and "unique blend of ingredients", are stale, tired and count for zippo.
Lets face it, someone making a stir-fry, could claim to have a unique blend of ingredients in it, just because they were probably the only person, to add half a Cinnamon stick.
Wouldn't necessarily make their stir-fry any tastier, in the opinion of stir-fryophiles.
I'm waiting for the day, when a supplement comes out with just the words, "it's nice, try it". Still technically hype, but without lashings of schmoltz and exaggerated potential B.S.

Packards diet must therefore consist of Chicken, Water and Cardboard, because Cardboard is derived from trees, trees are plant matter, plant matter has a Carb yield.
