I would like to know if swimm is good to get in shape.
I do 500meters per day plus 30 min of cardio, legs, arms and abs.
I am 20 years old

Swimming is a good cardio workout, if your saying you do 500 meters a day plus 30 mins of a different form of cardio thats probably plenty.

Swimming is an excellent workout!
For getting in shape it's good to do cardiovascular exercise, strength training,a nd of course, eat a nutritious diet!

Well yeah I try to eat as healthy as I can, but sometimes is difficult to eat everythign I need for money things, but when I got money I buy good stuff
