Hi,
I work with the same machine and weights for 4 weeks. In account I put in the machine and the sets I do. Now instead of typing all that info again next day, is there a way to copy and paste that info?
Thanks
Munish

I think your best bet might be to create a custom workout. It is a pain to set up initially, but it's great when you have it done: you just add the custom routine, then enter your load/reps. Very easy!

The easiest way is to highlight the portion you want to copy, then hit 'cnrl + c' to copy, and then 'cnrl + v' to paste.mahamuni wrote:Hi,

Unfortunately, this doesn't work in the strength training section of FitTracker. It isn't a very intuitive interface, but once you take the time to create custom workouts, it becomes very manageable.OlyWaMuscle wrote:The easiest way is to highlight the portion you want to copy, then hit 'cnrl + c' to copy, and then 'cnrl + v' to paste.mahamuni wrote:Hi,

If the OP wasn't referring to the strength training section of FitTracker, then your advice would be sound.
