Check back. I double checked, and saw no message by anyone called Sweaty_Muscle on this post. Couldn't even find the quoted content either, unless that post and persons name, appeared on another post.
Also I can't believe Oxidanes message about Abs being the biggest muscle group, and should be trained first slipped by. That's just not so. The only muscle I can think of you would train to any great extent, that is smaller than an Abs, would be a Rhomboid, or possibly one of the Brachoradialis muscles.
Abs are probably smaller than any of the 3 of the Delts, and there's no specific reason to train them first, in mind, even if someone chooses to do that.
