ok me doing exercises and sticking to diet.
so i got whole lot of days which are fully empty days now.So i was thinking i do cardio twice a day once in the morning and 2nd time in the evening.will that be ok?

What's your main goal here?? You're 5'6 & about 143lbs? - That's already low weight for you since you're a .
Doing more cardio will make you scary small.. If you want to work on your tummy...
Work on your diet & with some weights!

I am low in weight thats a shocker to hear! :O
i am 69 kgs as i already told and as per many charts and doctors i have referred they told me that i am Over-weight but only a slight.
I dont want huge muscles, very bold chest kinda things i just want to be in the average body frame with flat stomach.
I think i am confused myself now.

I don’t feel insulted at all, so no worries about that ok?... I listen, read, research and learn as much as I can and share knowledge. If I’m wrong… I know I will be corrected accordingly.
I went back and read your first post. You have extra pounds in your stomach and you want it to be flat and want to build some muscle. Now, if you want to build some muscles…. You can and may put some muscle pounds on.
Some people can be 125lbs but a of 35-40%...
But some people can be 135 with at body fat of 20- 25% (they are more “tone” but heavier…)
Try to use a measuring tape if you can to track your body and to see results. It’s crazy that your doctor is telling you, you are a bit "overweight" and now you want to double your cardio. I would think, you want to lift more weights and work on your diet.

So can you give me a rough schedule kinda thing
should i do weights everyday or alternate and what about cardio everyday...something like that I love to do bodyweight training i do that everyday and anytime of da day...
