boxing training

Post by geoalehay »

To become a competitive boxer, how much training is really necessary?

And on average how much would I be paying for a trainer/coach?

depends on your past boxing experience...i don't thnk they run for too much though, they work in groups so they can charge less per person as they train more people overall

you''ll have to research your area?

why boxing? why not mma?

I read once that "amateur boxers cannot compete at the top levels" because they will not have enough time to train, rest and maintain a livelyhood.

You cannot separate the time need to train from the time needed to rest and recover.

If you want to box professionally it will take all of your existing free time and then some.
