im 5 ft. 2 inches
i weigh 126
i am not fat, but i do have some extra baggage
i want to get a flat stomach and chest,
and just look like average thin thirteen year old kid.
i dont want any six pack abs or anything, i just want to look
like a normal 13 year old kid who is at the correct weight and has the correct body type for his age.
any hints on what exercises to do that are best for what im looking for?
also, if anyone answers, can they give me a time range from how long it will take for me to get from where i am now to a normal thirteen year olds body. thank you to anyone who helps
