

I am new to this site and here because I need help losing a lot of weight and getting motivated. I so want to change ways, but lack the energy to get started. Let me give a little background. I am a 39 year old mother of 2, 10 and 8. I am also a teacher. I am 5'9" and weigh 235 pounds. I would love to lose about 60 pounds. goal right now is to get healthy and to fit in wedding dress for 12 year wedding anniversary in June . I also hate to exercise and i am also a very picky eater. If there is anyone out there that could give me some suggestios, that would be great. Thank you so much.
