I am sure you'll be in very good hands. I know you and LaR go way back and she's proven to be a really great person to have around here, so you couldn't have asked for a better person to be there for you, during those final few hours, before the comp.

Just remember that whatever happens, you ARE a really good athlete, and we will be proud of you no matter what. Your athletic potential to me is immense, but you'll always be Cassie the regular person, ahead of Cassie the athlete, and however your athletic career turns out, it's the person you are, that makes us most proud and gives us the most happiness as individuals :).

It' has however, always been a huge privilege to support you through everything.

Hi guys!

I got 2nd place in class!!!

Oh man... the first thing I ate... I've eaten so much over the past couple of days that poor stomach and body just doesn't even know what to do! Saturday after the morning show I ate chocolate... ALOT OF CHOCOLATE! I had reeses, snickers, M&Ms, dove chocolate, york peppermint patties, tootsie rolls.... then I had some grapes.. then i had more grapes. Then after the night show LaReina went out to an all you can eat seafood buffet and I had crab, shrimp, salad, pasta, pineapple... then finished with ice cream. I seriously wanted to puke. I was so sick!!!

Yesterday I got up and had a healthy breakfast (didn't even want to think about eating any more crap) then yesterday afternoon I had a piece of coffee cake, a berry muffin, a box of whoopers, and a bag of reeses... again I wanted to puke by last night. I think its safe to say I officially have all of the cravings out of system. Today is member appreciation day at gym and they had a cake there when I arrived at 5:30. Just seeing that cake made stomach churn. Barf! Right now i'm eating oatmeal and plan on sticking to healthy food again for a very long time. coworker was very surprised when she saw me pull chicken breast, eggs, celery, peppers, and cottage cheese out of lunch bag this morning when i got to work.

next show will be in March!!! I'm taking 2 months to bulk then will start next cut on January 1st. :)

Thank you everybody for your support!

I am really, really proud of you misses. WELL DONE. you have just gone even higher in assessment of your athletic ability :).

I do have to know though, I mean 2nd out of how many? After all 2nd is still 2nd, it's just a lot better if it's out of 10 per se, as opposed to 3 or 4.

More details girl… Like how was this experience compared to the first one? Were you as nervous? Did you have fun? How was your tan? Did you eat something in between the show? I know your previous one your trainer said you couldn’t. Am I too nosy? :P

There were 5 in class.Yes, I agree it would have been a much bigger accomplishment had there been 10 or more girls in class, however you really don't have control over who shows up so I'll just be happy that I got 2nd instead of 5th. :)

This experience was SO MUCH more fun than the last show! I stayed with friend LaReina (from this site) so was a lot more comfortable and relaxed for this show than i was for the first. For the first show we had to check out of our hotel room at 8am so didn't really have anywhere to go between the morning show (which started at 10) and night show (which started at 7). For this second show I was able to go back to LaReinas house and hang out and relax. For the first show I didn't eat much at all the day of the show. For the second show I chowed down on chocolate pretty much all day... to the point where I thought LaReina was going to try to wrestle it out of hand to keep me from looking like i was 4 months pregnant when i got back on stage for the night show. tan turned out really well (thanks to LaReina!). It was a little light when i got there so had to have a quick shot of spray tan applied right before i went on stage. I definitely wasn't as nervous for this show... felt much more relaxed than i did for the first.

LOL! No youre not to nosy Nokie. Hope I answered all your questions!

Man I can not stop eating now that i'm off that darn diet! Its like I can't get full and just want to eat and eat and eat! I'm making sure to keep workouts intense and sticking to healthy foods so i don't blow up like a hot air balloon!

Hope everybodys having a great week so far!

True enough about the people who show up, but the fact is you still beat 60% of the competition, so WELL DONE :).
