135 at 11 is almost 1.5 x your bodyweight so relative strength (strength to bodyweight ratio) is very high although absolute strength (1RM) is nothing compared to a powerlifter...you're only 16 so be patient

Stretching is definitely important. I think dancers, gymnasts and martial
artists basically go similar training. They need strength and flexibility
without being very bulky.

Running woulc definitely be good, since it'll burn lots of body fat and
give you a slimmer figure.

Keep in mind that breakdancing involves muscles that most people
aren't used to using. You need precise control of all of your joints.
Especially for stuff like "popping" and "locking".

The best instructional video for breakdancing is here:
http://www.bboy.org/store/

Don't even bother with any other videos.

Take a look at this thread:

And don't forget to eat lots of Jello, since it contains a lot of gelatin.... :-)

http://home.howstuffworks.com/question557.htm
"Gelatin is just a processed version of a structural protein called collagen that is found in many animals, including humans. Collagen actually makes up almost a third of all the protein in the human body. It is a big, fibrous molecule that makes skin, bones, and tendons both strong and somewhat elastic."

HAHA. Eat Jello and you'll move like Jello.

As far as I'm aware though, the proteins in Gelatin are not good for people with a Gluten intolerance. I could be wrong about this.

Ever heard of the Martial Arts named Capoeira? It's pretty much break dancing, its quite amazing. I would check some of their out some of their workout materials.

I completely forgot.

You might wanna take yoga classes.

Since yoga is all about maximum flexibility and
working your body in angles that you would
never imagine, it'd be great for breakdancing.

You'd be able to bend, twist, and control your
body in ways you might never imagine.

Check out this Youtube vid called "Kungfu vs. Yoga"
and see all the different angles a Yoga master can work
from.

Capoeira is a Martial art, based on the movement of dance. To say it's like breakdancing to knowledge, is not whole accurate.

That's not to say it has no merit, but I wouldn't be too ready to classify it, as some kind of breakdancing, incase it is too dissimilar, and the person may find it is not suitable enough for his needs.
