Hi, hope this is the right place for this question.
I have started doing Cardio after training. Should I do post work out shake before or after I do cardio or does it really matter?

That's what I have been doing, I usually mix own shake but bought something this time and the instructions say take immediately after training, so I just wanted a 2nd opinion.

I don't remember what I paid, and I usually do 30 minutes after lifting about 3 or 4 times a week, depending on time.

This post isn't not intended to criticise, offend or sound rude. The fact it requires such flowery waffle to sell itself, means it's obviously pricey, if it's got that supposed technology in it and probably a load of pish, that isn't worth the money, but then again expensive supplements aren't worth the money, unless you badly need to peak, about 3-6 months before some other guy, who's on a standard whey and Carbs mix, in which case pay through the nose, and keep paying through the nose when you hit your peak, just to keep getting some kind of feeling, and maybe a slightly larger pump, the other guy can't.
I would suggst you put name into the search facility, and the keyword "spoof". You might find spoof about Vol-u-pump and reasons for not needing expensive stuff.
Trust me you might laugh and learn something at the same time

I agree about the shake. Take it after.
