Raw veggies with hommus, low fat or fat free cottage cheese, egg white and veggie omelet, salad with chickpeas or chicken, for a few examples.

If your trying to bulk is it ok to have somehting heavy. Late at night whewn I get home I usually make myself another dinner before going to bed like a chicken burger, left overs from dinner, etc hoipefully some kind of meat if theres anything easy to make.

I don't think it matters too much. Some foods can have as many calories as others, and feel lighter, because I don't think you can say for example 100g of a Protein rich food, yields the same amount of Protein per foodstuff, it isn't like that.

You could have some Meat, as long as it's lean like Chicken, but ideally you'd better having something like a Bowl of Cereal, and a Yoghurt, or something else less heavy, just because of the way you might feel, trying to sleep with a very full feeling in your Gut.

Umm generally have yogurt or somehting like that along with the meal. I kinda have a ridiculous metabolism. Last night for instance the late night meal was 2 double cheeseburgers. Doesnt make me feel to heavy to sleep luckily.

what if you dont get hungry at night?

Post by (Rage) »

Okay, since I started depriving myself from junk food, which was the 1st course I'd turn to for night hunger back then. (just BG info). Well its dad's fault always getting food at 11-2 pm/am at night. For the last 2 month I didnt participate in ANY of these little family junk food gatherings.

And since I increased meals, for some reason at night, last meal, around 8ish. (I sleep around 10:30-12. Depending on the day, and in culture, and enviroment we eat food late. Gah. I know. Anyways...

Like it's close to 8 pm where I live, and I'm not really really hunry. last meal finish at 6:15 pm. Which was 2 rice cake (17 calories), 1 apple, Saltines biscuit, like what? 4-5 sticks which is probably not even more than 15 calories I believe. the whole packet which may have 300 sth sticks is like 389. So no problemo. And...a little bit of ice cream.

Kinda a mix of everything. Carbs, there was a little protien, and fats...

Anyways, around this time I dont get really hungry, so what shall i do?

I usually eat veggies/fruits, a bowl of cereal, and oat bran biscuit, one piece, or soup. Light, and all...but ive been told...even if ure not hungry its still good to eat something light, but eh..i dont know =S. I find it akward i lose apetite at night. I'm barely hungry anymore.

Just wanted to say and hear some feedback.
Thanks.

your metabilism currently may be a little slow and can be increased by;

a - training with wts

b - interval cardio or sprints

c - frequent feedings of solid food

d - building muscle (point a)

you won't change over night and may take time but once metabiolism raises, you'll be hungry constantly like me

But I think it's good to eat late.
