Wore other running shoes, laced them up tight across forefoot - no pain

I think it is the combo of fast / slow together that is where the benefits are produced. The 20 minute steady state is where we "reap" the rewards of the fast/slow intervals allowing the fat to burn off.ldematto wrote:For example I think I could do 5.3 mph for 1 maybe 2 minutes, but can only do 6.8 mph for 30 secs - which one would be most beneficial?
