sorry to re-post in here but I relaized I put it in the wrong spot

I did squats,3x12 with 30lbs on each side
lunges(3x12 with a 5 on each side)
deep squats (no weights cause legs were getting tired)
did calves (3x12 150lbs total)
hammy's(3x12 100lbs)
chins(3x12 20lbs)
single legs press (on machine 3x12 100lbs each leg)
leg kick backs ( I don't know what their called but it was a machine that you stood up and placed your foot on a thing that slides behind you to work your legs and butt, I did 2x12 @ 70lbs)

sore, and I don't like stairs much today but not bad and I feel like I got a really good workout

I do get the idea ;) walking is good, stretching is good, it's all good... but the stair monster is out to get me ...

looking forward to upper body tomorrow !

arms today

3x10 standing curls with 15lbs on the bar
3x10 seated curls with 15lbs on the bar (alot harder cause I couldn't cheat)
3x10 tri extensions (laying on the bench, overhead) with 15lbs
3x10 pull downs (don't know what their called) 60lbs
3x10 tri extensions, (standing using the machine pulling overhead) 45lbs
then dumbell curls starting with 20lbs till I did all I could, down to 15lbs, then to 10 and 5

I feel great !
