So, I set a goal… that the following year, screening would be better!!!!
goal was 145lbs…
Unfortunately I didn’t make it as I just got screening test this morning!
I was fasting and weight in was 150lbs!
(It kinda threw me off because last year screenings was in December but this year... its 1 month earlier... it’s in November… They cheated me off 1 month!!!!

height last year was in between 5’3-5’4 so the person put me down as 5’4…
This year… another person measured me between 5’3-5’4 again but put me down for 5’3 so ideal weight suppose to be (130-140lbs) ugh… no comments!

This year results:
Total Cholesterol = 167 (Optimal: Less than 200 – suppose to be good)
HDL Cholesterol = 77 (Optimal: equal to or greater than 60)
Total/HDL Ratio =2.2 (Desirable: less than 4.0)
Blood Sugar = 71 (Normal: Less than 100mg/dl)
Blood Pressure = 96/64 (Desirable: 119/79 or below – it’s a bit low b/c I was fasting)
Height = 5’3
Weight = 150 (Ideal: 125-140)
BMI = 27 (Desirable: Less than 25% - I was 35%, then I was 29% now I’m 27%... aiming for 25% and below)
Waist Circumference = 32.5 (Less than 35 inches for women -Before I was 37-39)
Although I didn’t make “ideal” goal… I am very proud of myself. I know I’m pretty darn healthy! As I was working hard to aim for goal, never knew I would learn so much about health & fitness. I never used to care about % or a damn a tape measurement… Now, it’s bestfriend as it keeps me motivated when I see results for hard work, instead of that stupid scale!

I was going to show a Before & After picture… but since I didn’t reach goal yet.. I’ll just postpone it until I do reach it!
